Billing and payment options

As a GRU.net customer you can now pay your bill by all the same methods as other GRU customers. There are a number of methods by which you can pay:

Option Description
Auto-Pay You can have your GRU.net charges automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. Sign up online at www.gru.com, in person or by phone.
Credit Card Make a one-time online payment or schedule recurring online payments using Western Union Speedpay.®
Click-2-Pay Pay your bill online at www.gru.com from your checking or savings account.
Pay in person You can pay your bill in person Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM, at the Administration Building, 301 SE 4th Avenue
Pay in the depository Pay your bill using the depository located near the front entrance of our Administration Building (no cash please)
Pay using the "Drop and Go!" box Drop off your payment at the "Drop and Go!" box located across the street from the Drive-thru entrance of our Administration Building (no cash please)
Pay by mail Pay by mail using the envelope included with your bill.

Billing

A new account will usually not see a bill or charge for approximately 30 days because GRU.net accounts are billed thirty days in arrears. Please note that billing for the GRU.net service is not based on usage. As long as the service is active, you will be billed.

Changing Billing Information

If you need to change your credit card number or the method of payment, please contact Customer Service at (352)334-3434. Customer Service can also assist you in changing your billing address, phone number, or other registered account information.
